820-3209 Pro Retina No Battery, No X, Nothing.

Hi.

History:
Pro Retina board had short to ground on SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL.
Cut trace by SMC and found dead short on SMC side.
Removed SMC dead short gone.
Replaced SMC, fixed cut trace, machine boots fine and no dead short.

Now:
SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL no longer dead short but only pulls up to 1V13 (not batt connected)
SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SDA pulls up to 3V5, pulses. (no bat connected)
Not powering from battery, no X, ASD does not test battery.
Green / Orange on MagSafe is there

Checked:
Removed the wire on SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL to SMC to double check. Voltage still 1V13. Will stick the wire back on the trace.
R5381 & R5380 measure fine = 1.973K & 1.933K

So if it's not the SMC and it's not the battery and it's not the pullups then it must be ISL6259 right?.... Or am I missing something?
Anything I should be looking for here that I'm not looking for now?

Yes, replace U7000...

Very common for SMC and IS6259 to both fail. If this happened by liquid a dead battery is also very likely.
