macbook air 13 2015 820-00165 PM002 error.kernal panics

guys Im having a 820-00165 ,2015 air board. machine runs and will encounter kernal panics, ran ASD and shows error PM002.which means the ram modules.

the board looks perfectly clean and no liquid spilled or anything,no one messed it before.
so I decided reflow the on board Rams first, but that didn't help ,seems like one of the module is bad?
how can i know which one is the faulty one?(replacing them all would be hell of works...)

or I'm not in the right direction?

Power on the LB and touch RAM modules, i've repaired a 820-3476 by replacing one of the memory modules, which module?? the one that gets hotter than the others..lol

In my case, a bit of water, just corroded pins on J9510 and the bad module was just next to the connector....

Hi but in my case I touched all of them and they have the same temp and just kind of warm(which i think should be normal) not that kind of shorted to ground hot...no difference between four of them

I do not know of a way to figure it out. Just start replacing them.
