[SOLVED]820-3209 Turn on & off loop

Hello everybody

I am working on liquid damaged macbook air.Some one cleaned board, cant see burned items or corrosion.

PPBUS_G3H - 8V and stable
PP3V42V_G3H - 3.3V and stable
PPVRTC_GEH 2.98V and stable
P5VS3_EN_R - 3v and 0v up and down


Note: Fan spin and stop contuniusly, usb mouse led is also turn on and off..


What can i do next step?

Do you have CPU Vcore?? Check for corrosion or missing components around SPI......
