Before i don't get Green Light, i find out i had short to ground on U7000 and Q7035.
I replaced and i get Green Light, Fan Spin without R7050.
If i put back R7050 (new), i get 4v in F7040, green light but won't turn on because that.

What is 4.47mOhm? That is milli which is pretty much a short. This is getting kinda annoying, I still cannot trust your measurements.

Capital M would be Mega and m would be milli, but who the fucks knows, probably measured with power applied.

Either something missing in CHGR_BOOT or just bad ISL soldering. Sorry, doesn't make any sense that removing R7050 makes this work.
