820-2850 chimes but no image on lcd or external monitor

hey guys ,
received this board dead as it was liquid damaged, managed to bring it back to life but no display is there .
1. there is no image ( no PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT)
2. w/ screen
PIN 4 = 3.2v
PIN 6 = 3.2v
PIN 7 = 3.2v
3. q9807 no voltage on pin 5
4. 1.57 volts on c9560

i have done mux reflow

done graphics reflow


machine is working as i can hear the system working in back ground ( meaning when you press enter on login it makes that ding sound)
no display on external


Out of ideas now ........ kindly advise

hi duke ,

i checked the external , internal , everything . after all that then went and did reflow ( only with hot air and flux for abt 30 -40 secs)
Before and after same result ( the system is working without display)

Also i have mentioned above no display on lcd or external :D:D:D
