820-3332-A plenty of ASD Errors mostly GPU related

Macbook pro 15" 820-3332-A no liquid damage or anything, seems to work fine but plenty of errors from ASD related internal GPU and some others, heres the full ASD log:

wanted to ask how can i be sure that it is ASD false errors but then im thinking to give it AHT and see what will be the results..updating.
