As the title suggests, i'm interested in getting to know what other repair places do if they get a batch (100+) iPhones to repair.
We now use 1 app to do all the diagnoses on the iPhones. It has a test for ever for every function. We load the apps on the phones with Apple Configurator 2 from the App store. That way we can mass activate and install apps on the phone like the diagnosis app. After we do the diagnosis we put everything we find into an excel sheet.
I'm wondering if i'm doing this efficiently and am wondering if we can do it any more efficient.
