U9600 gmux bga stencil source

Despite my attempts on the googles it remains unclear where to find a bga stencil appropriate for gmux reballing. Specifically a 2850 (as well as subsequent mlb's.) Any hints about proper dimensions or adaptable arrays would be greatly appreciated.

Datasheet seems to be lacking the pitch info. Does anyone know what I'm meant to be looking for in that regard?
