I use a Metcal APR-5000 and I am faced with having to buy a custom nozzle to fit a Intel CPU or to just use a big nozzle I already have and reflow a larger area. The nozzles for my machine are expensive. I just got a email back from the supplier and for them to custom make me a nozzle for a CPU I want to start doing is $400.00. I have already changed a few with a bigger nozzle.
Thoughts anyone?
