99% IPA substitute?

Just moved from Canada to west Africa (Senegal) for a contract. Thanks god I received all my electronic lab.
I can't find in this country IPA99%. The highest concentration I found is 90%.

10% of water and other stuff looks to me a little bit much.

Is there any substitute to consider. It's difficult to import because of international transport hazmat rules.

90% is fine. It's all distilled and pure water does not conduct.
