hi mate, i used my tv. connected with mini display port to hdmi cable to motherboard

i have tested the screen on the another laptop it works fine. i have checked on external screen no video as well. originally it was water damaged. had 3 boards and all with the similar symptoms. what can possibly cause this? everything seems to work just LCD_pwr_en missing and i guess thats why...
