Check for pulse at CPU_VCCST_PWRGD and PLT_RESET_L.
Keep pins 5 & 6 of U1950 shorted.

Did you try to start in SMC bypass mode?

I struggle to find legit source anywhere how its done, as far as i find out yet it is done by holding the power button and inserting a magsafe cable? If yes, then nothing happens. "

Highest pulse i get on CPU_VCCST_PWRGD is 0.34v
Highest pulse i get on PLT_RESET_L is 0.65v

Check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces.
Be sure J6100 is clean; you can remove it, if no Medusa programmer available.

You can also try new BIOS...
