Macbook air 820-00165-A
Charger showing green for 3-5 seconds, then orange light.
Drawing 0.118A on power supply

PPBUS_G3H = 8.59V
PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS = 8.59V
PPBUS_S5_HS_OTHER_ISNS = 8.59V
PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL=14.82V
PPDCIN_G3H = 14.82V
PP3V42_G3H = 3.418V
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.347V
PP5V_S5 = 5.022V
PP5V_S4RS3 = 0V
U7501 Pin 4 (P5VS4RS3_EN_R) = 0.190V
R8179 and R7551 have 0.002 resistance

According to schema PM_SLP_S4_L originates from U0500.
PM_SLP_S4_L = 0.190V
PM_SYSRST_L = 0V
PM_PCH_SYS_PWROK = 0V.

Need some direction or is this board toast?

Do you have original Magsafe 2 charger?

Check all PCH's RTC signals.
Also check PM_DSW_PWRGD and PCH_DSWVRMEN.

PCH_SRTCRST_L = 3.342v
PCH_INTVRMEN =3.25v
PM_DSW_PWRGD =3.4v
PCH_DSWVRMEN = 3.25v
PP3V3_S5 = 3.34v

RTC_RESET_L = 3.341v
PCH_SRTC_RST_L = 3.341v (the doc refered to "SRTC_RST_L". I assumed it was this one)
PCH_INTRUDER_L = 3.073v
PCH_INTVRMEN = 3.249v

Any history available, liquid sign?

Heat CPU to 180-200 degrees, for 15-20s.
No need to melt the balls, just to burn eventually accumulated crap.

Tried to heat up CPU as instructed. Did not help.
Is it worth validating PCH is outputting correct frequencies?

Thank you for the help and guidance. Much appreciated!
