A502 - 2014 display moving stripes

Please find attached picture , there are moving stripes vertically and horizontally on the screen.
I have replaced the motherboard and display LVDS cable , still the issue exist, it's not always but sometimes.
The last thing remaining to change is the full display, do you guys think it's because of display?

Check external video first.

External monitor works without any problem. If the conclusion is problem with display then what it would be ? Other than the LVDS cable

That looks like display problem, not video cable.

There is no sign of a hit /dent on the display. Is it something I can remove the display LCD panel and fix it internally ??? I have a 0.1mm ultra-thin opening card, Will it help if I open the display panel? What problem it would be if there is no Hit on the display?

Why don't you test with compatible screen and see what happens?

I agree that the new display will work. But I don't want to discard the existing display if there is an option to repair it
