As simple as check diode mode to ground after R7900.
You should get much lower value than a good board; maybe not short directly.

I don't have a reading form good board to compare.
Doesn't look to low, so I suspect U7800 first.
Just in case, you can check first the filter caps placed there.
BTW, don't write the end "v" after diode mode readings!
