820-01521-02 CD3215 ripped pads

I have a board here with ripped pads in location G4 and F4 in the center on the logic board. According the the boardview I do not see that these 2 pads go anywhere. I scraped down a little and I do not see any traces or anywhere else they went to. I am getting 5v on both USB-C ports, so my questions are, does this really matter since it appears they go no where, and if it does matter, how can I fix this or route accordingly?

Use boardview to know if corresponding pads are NC (not connected).

My mistake, 820-01521-02. I must of have been looking at the wrong board when typing this up.
G4= TP_UPC_XA_SWD_C
F4= TP_UPC_XA_SWD_D
These two pads on the board are missing.

TP stands from Test Point, so not used in this case.
