Liquid damage on display connector (on lid, not on logic board).
Display cable disconnected and used ext display and there was Apple logo with loading bar but no futher progress.
Did "Revive" in DFU mode and now got battery with charging symbol but it restart every few seconds.
Using genuine 85W charger.

After some time it still freeze on Apple logo with loading bar. During that there is data on Touch Bar which works without any issue.

Any idea?

You need to use at least a 96w charger for this board and also a good battery. Try connecting a know good battery and use the correct charger.

Why, don't you have correct charger required by this model???

With genuine 96W charger got Apple logo, progress bar and the moment log in screen should be visible display is blank.
It take 3.3A-4.6A from charger. There is data on TouchBar and it response to touch.

CPU VCC Phase 1-3. How it work? At the start it need Phase 1, then during boot Phase 2 etc?

U9850 may be damaged from the liquid damage on the display connector. I would try and replace that

U9850 replaced and now freeze on Apple logo and progress bar.

CPU core phases are tied together.
So you can't get different voltage on these coils; no matters which phase works, or not.

Try to save important data starting in Target Disk mode, if possible.
Then try DFU restore, with fresh macOS install.
