Hello. This board came to me with no life. Shorted 3V3 line. Corrected that problem and the board started. Everything works fine except for USB/Thunderbolt/HDMI. I have a Satechi USB-C hub here which I use on all my personal Macs and use it to test all costumer's Mac, So I know it's working...
Yes, I agree it's not a driver issue because I formatted and installed new fresh OS and problem persists. But, what I meant is that it's only after all drivers load that the problem starts, telling me it's an issue when it requires more from the graphics side... I'll try to get a test display...
It goes black with just backlight on, no image. I’ll test that signal tomorrow. I don’t believe it’s a screen problem because the problem only occurs after system completely boots and if video drivers are loaded.

Sorry, don't have thermal camera here. But the only thing that gets a little warmer than the rest of the board is the webcam controller region, which is fed by 1.2V and not PP5V. And that's after around 5 to 10 minutes connected to charger.
R7545 is fine. Replaced C7524 just in case, same thing. PP5V_S5 is stable @5V. I tried lifting every cap related to 5V output that point to GND, but same 3V on PP5V_S4RS3 output but same. Certainly something has leaking voltage on 5V line, but cannot find what it is.
I also thought it was not possible to get any S0 voltages without stable 5V on L7520, but that's exactly what's happening. I have 3.05V there and still get stable 1.2V on L7430. Diode mode reading on L7520 is 0.398. R7520/21/23 reading fine and traces ok. Pin 4 of U7501 stable 3.3V

I confess I didn't check PPBUS_G3H before as machine was turning on. But after you asked I tried turning board on outside the case and it didn't, so I checked PPBUS and it's giving only 1.156V. I have no shorts there, so I replaced U7100 and Q7130, but still same weird voltage on PPBUS.
