Your welcome. Saves a lot of time in the long run :-) Especially in cases like this particular one that only need APFS support activated. I know Duke (and several others in here) knows what to do. But to other people that want to play around with these files - be aware! Use the correct file...

How to reinstall operatingsystem on OLD PowerMac G4

Depends on what exact model it is. All of them can run 10.4 (Tiger) but only some of them runs 10.5 (Leopard) So download the 10.4 (Tiger) operating system on some torrent site, burn it to CDs (or DVD but only the newer G4’s has DVD drive), boot from cd by pressing “C” on boot up (or use boot...

Guide for migrating ME region to new BIOS ( 820-3437 in this instance ) ?

I think the forced EFI update SMMRepair is talking about is by running the command bless -mount / -firmware <EFIPAYLOAD-FILE.fd> --recovery -verbose I once made a guide on Adv.Reworks-forum (my username over there is "supermac") about how to do it. Basically you copy the EFIPayload file to a...

820-00875 - Internal screen not working

Pins 1,3,4,6,44,45 have continuity to the other side of the LCD cable. I measured from nearby probe points as the LCD cable connected is making it impossible to measure on the connector directly
