Board is 820-3476 R6101 and R6103 resistors connected to PP3V3_SUS are getting dragged down somehow. I cannot figure out why. When they er mounted to the board they measure R6101: 0,8K instead of 3,3K and R6103: 1K instead of 100K. When I pull them readings are correct according to schematics...

Start with an ultrasonic cleaning of the board. You cannot trust another guys cleaning with alcohol and toothbrush.

Just rip it out and use pliers to remove the rest of the small rivets that remain. Then use screws for the new one.

Thanks. I checked and you're right. I just removed pin 8 and 9 from the ALS connector and now machine runs fine. Only light sensor capability missing but the customer doesn't care about that. Thanks again.
