If it is shorted, it would be smart to inject voltage just start low around 1 volt. Many many components on the C7592 side. If it's the PCH, it will be obvious.
Ok so you have a short on PP3v3_S5. Just making sure, the die on U1100 is ok? You have a short for sure on PP3v3_S5, so you will need to inject voltage into that line to find it. Start voltage low around 1 volt and slowly increase to 3.3 if necessary.
You can run Unigine Valley test to try and replicate the issues. Most of time, 3 beeps on these older 2011 boards ends up being a PCH or internal trace issue, so RAM reflow is not always a for sure fix on them like newer ones.
