If that ever happens, you have to replace every single chip connected to 3v42 meaning U7090, SMC, U5110, U1950, U1900 etc. It's a PITA, but it can be done.
If a board issue, inspect J9500 for corroded pins/traces. All audio circuit is on the I/O Board besides the 1v5 switch. If that switch is bad, usually you get no audio devices found.
Never ever ever ever EVER use anything but an OEM 60/85 watt Magsafe 2 charger on the newer Retinas aka 2015. You probably have no amp pull because of a bad charger...
U8040 is a very common culprit when no audio devices are found. Do you get any voltage on PP1v5_S0SW_AUDIO? If no, check for short on that line. I've had many 00164/5 boards have that chip be bad and cause no audio, so it wouldn't surprise me if that's the case here.
