ok. i left board for two days because i had plenty boards to repair and today when i plugged in to charger and power up motherboard fan start spinning so i turned of and try power up again and was not start any more. i probly have short on some cappacitor but not sure how to find it. can you help?

L7510 : 0.001v and there is 5.15v on pin 1 of fan connector J5600 this screen is brand new with stickers on it but i never try another screen . even that fan should spin when even screen is not connected

I have short on PPCPUVCCIO_S0_REG . r7641 pin 1 short. removed c7623, c7648, c7649 still sort on pin 1 r7641. also i removed R7642, C7640, R7641 still short. any idea?
