This had liquid damage , was cleaned in ULSONIC , get green light on the charger , PPBUS is 0.1-0.3 v , no short on PPPBUS. when injecting 8.6v to PPBUS the board does turn on and fan spin . assume missing PPBUS, all PPBUS looks clean .
