The board is pretty much clean, however, won't turn on.
Here is some measurements:
Without LIO FLEX:
PM_BATLOW_L = 3.3V
PM_PWRBTN_L = 3.4V
PCH_DSWVRMEN = 3.22V
PM_DSW_PWRGD =3.31V
SMC_ONOFF_L Trigged:
PM_PWRBTN_L = 3.4V Dropped!
PM_SLP_S3_L = 0V no Pulsing
PM_SLP_S4_L = 0V no Pulsing
BYPASS...
The Board is Pretty Much Clean.
No external video as well.

The LB is pretty much new and super Clean and here what i got so far:

If i inject some Voltage on PPBUS_G3H, the CPU gets hot.
I have question:
The schematics shows on PP1V8 0SW DFR was supposed to get 1.8V, however, I'm getting 3.2V
I thought the problem was the touch, but i replaced and the problem still.
Any thoughts on that?
Liquid Damage around U6201.
I cleaned and re soldering all the U6201 pads. Also i replaced:
L6202
C6220/22/13/14
R6210
I have 5V on Pin 46
I have 3.3V on Pin 1
I have 1.5V on Pin 9
Seems the U6201 could be bad, however, i'm not sure.
Also is not recognized in the OS
