00165 no boot

got a water damaged 00165 that has fanspin but does not boot.

cpu vcore - 1.7v
ppbus - 8.6

what other lines do you need? I'm completely lost with this one. is this damaged cpu?

PLT_RESET_L pulsing?
Did you try to start in SMC bypass mode?

Check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces.
Clean/remove J6100.
Try known good BIOS file.

j6100 - is very clean
Check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces. - checked all traces and everything looks good. only trace i found was broken was to r5177, repaired that one and no change

Try known good BIOS file. - can you help me with that? i can take it off and download the dump, but could you clean it?

Several BIOS files (clean ME) already posted on the forum.
Try this, but you can gain time using search function in the future.
