2879 green light, PPBUS_G3H no PM_SLP_S4 liquid spill entry at USB ports

Not getting any s4 or higher rails other than found some voltage near the USB's on PP5V_S3_RTUSB_B_ILIM and /_LTUSB_B_ILIM caps. Only noticeable corrosion was at U4650. Unfortunately the customer tried cleaning the board first.

Any pulse at PM_SLP_S4_l when trigger SMC_ONOFF_L?

That started the board?! It actually ended up booting. I know I had tried to get the board to start with smc bypass but I hadn't triggered the onoff since reflowing the SMC.

Does this board not start upon connecting to MS1? I don't recall but am thinking that is typical for 2010 and earlier... At this point I believe everything is working except the battery which probably toasted from the spill. I'll run it through testing and report back if further issues.

This is MCP (nVidia) based board.
It only starts pressing power button...
