820-000165 - PP5V_S4RS3 Missing

Green Light, but won't turn on.
Liquid Damage near by U3210 and the board was properly cleaned.
I Trigged SMC_ONOFF_L and nothing happen.

PPBUS_G3H = 8.56V
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3V
PP5V_S5 - 5V
PP3V3_S5 = 3.3V
PM_PWRBTN_L = 3.3V
PM_RSMRST_L = 3.3V
PCH_INTRUDER_L = 3.2V
SMC_RESET_L = 3.3V

PP5V_S4RS3
PP3V3_SUS = 0V
PP3V3_S3 = 0V
PM_DSW_PWRGD = 0V
PM_SLP_S3/S4 = 0 NO PULSING

A good reason for PCH to stay "calm".

Check S5_PWRGD level.
If good, reball SMC.

What makes you think the problem is on the SMC?

S5_PWRGD --> SMC --> PM_DSW_PWRGD --> PCH, as per schematic note (page 59).
Check also SMC_S5_PWRGD_VIN (R5192).

SMC Replaced and i got all those missing rails back, however the PP1V05_S0 is missing.

Check first diode mode to ground at L7630.
Inspect U7600 area for corrosion.

L7630 = 0.117 and going UP
U7600 No corrosion

Post basic voltages for U7600.
Check traces, solders and resistors; especially R7611/12 and R/C7630.
If all good, change the chip...
