820-00045 - 20V, 0 Amps - waste of time?

PPBUS is 8.6V
PP3V3R3V0_AON 3.26V
battery LED is on

PP3V3_S5, PP3V3_S5_EN and P5VS4_PHASE are all constantly jumping around, cant get a proper measurement but they're certainly not ok.

CPUvcore is at 0V and not cycling.

Should I pack this thing back up or is there anything to check out?

I would not recommend to waste time on it.
If you solve a power problem, it can come back for CPU issue.
The client will claim for warranty, even you didn't even touch CPU area...

If you have time to spend, check for short on all secondary voltages; big coils and pages 50/51.

No time to spend, or desire to deal with warranty when the CPU dies. Thanks for the advice, this is a no-fix.
