820-00138-A vcore present not turning on

this previously came in for not charging problem, then i track the problem to smc, and i changed it to same board number smc.
now this came in with intermittent shutdown problem, and suddenly doesnt turn on anymore
I have change vcore fet with fdmf6708n from mouser.
ppbus : 12.56v
vcore : 1.7v
all_Sys_pwrgd : 3.3v
pp5v_s0, pp3v3_s0, pp1v05_s0, pp1v8, all is present
cpu get reasonably warm,not burning my finger..
smc bypass will make the fan spin, but not turning on..
if i plugged magsafe normally, no fan spin, no caps lock light, no chime, no lcd activation, no usb activity ( mouse doesnt light up ).. but trackpad still can click..

i notice that i don't have sys_pwrok_r from u1950, is that a problem ?

PCH requires that signal, to know all voltages are present.
What about pins 5/6?

so I don't have smc_delayed_pwrgd.. and i previously worked on smc too, i changed smc, and now its turning on..
do each pad of smc can die on its own ? what type of smc fail you encounter the most ?

The moisture is the first enemy of SMC.
Accummulated crap corrodes the balls and generates lost connections.
