U7701 looks good
BKL_EN: 0V, no short to ground on BKL_EN using DIODE MODE: 0.57V

F7700 good, voltage same on both sides
1: 8.58
2: 8.58

XW7720 area looks good
continuity of switch good between: continuity confirmed between XW7720 pin1 test point and pin 2 of D7701

Q7706
4:8.58V
3:8.33V

Used known good lcd assemble and same issue: image present, no back light

R7788 and R7789 are good

Q7707
DIODE MODE: 0.60 pin 2
0.63 PIN 5

3:8.21V
4: 0V
5: 0V

worth changing U7701

with no BKL_EN i don't know if that would do anything and blk-en is not short

BKLT_PLT_RST_L present ----> 3.32V

No spill,

Initially, no fan spin.
Corrosion was noted at C7400 and C7425
Both replaced.
Now fan spin with dim back light.

PRAM rest no improvement

change U7701?
