Check the MLB alone, withput LIO flex connected, nor other peripheral device.
Post PM_BATLOW_L, PM_RSMRST_L, PM_PWRBTN_L, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD.
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L.
If yes, then check for any pulse at PM_SLP_Sx_L signals at same time.

PM_BATLOW_L : 3.304V

PM_RSMRST_L : 3.277V

PM_PWRBTN_L : 3.386V

PCH_DSWVRMEN : 3.209V

PM_DSW_PWRGD : 3.390V

When trigger SMC_ONOFF_L, voltage drop to 0.346V while 3sec and up to 3.386V

PM_SLP_S3_L : 1.753V

PM_SLP_S3_R_L : 0.023V

PM_SLP_S4_L : 0.000V

PM_SLP_S5_L : 0.000V

PM_SLP_SUS_L : 0.302V

Looks like PCH issue.

"PM_SLP_S3_L : 1.753V"
This is very strange, because, PM_SLP_S5/4_L should appear first.
And even 1.7V is not good at all.

No pulse at all at PM_SLP_S5/4_L?

noticed PM_SLP_S3_L light pulse 1.753V to 1.816V

No pulse at all at PM_SLP_S5/4_L :/

ALL_SYS_PWRGD : 0.014V

PM_SLP_S3_L (as all other PM_SLP_Sx_L signals) is pulled high inside PCH.
So bad PCH most likely.
Can still be a problem with U8180, or U1930; but not common...
