This is 820-00165 orange light not turning on.
Liquet damgeged around bios ( attached the picture)

Check all components and traces on the affected areas.
Clean/remove J6100.
Don't forget to check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces.
Remove Q8150, is a redundant protection.

Test if starts in SMC bypass mode.
Also try known good BIOS, just in case.

J6100. LOOKS GREAT.
After ultrasonic cleaning fan spnning 1 second and off.
Not starts in SMC bypass mode.
No continuity between SPI_MLB_IO1_MISO ( pin 2 of 6100) and R6114.
No continuity between R6128 and R6123.I DONT KNOW NEED TO CHECK
all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces?

Check resistors value and continuity, as per schematic.
Replace any bad resistor.
