Hi, I have this board entering S0 state, have all the voltages present to create all_sys_pwrgd but it is not present. Already changed Q8150 just in case but no difference. When I remove U1950 all_sys_pwrgd is 0v, but when U1950 is in place I only get .062V can that be caused by PCH? Should I inject voltage on all_sys_pwrgd rail?
If I inject voltage on that rail, how many mili amps should I use?

in SMC bypass mode I get fan spin, but no all_sys_pwrgd, maybe bad SMC?

Thanks!

Why do you think that you can adjust voltage and current at same time???
How many times was this explained here?
Please, read Ohm law!!!
However, is not the case to inject voltage here.

"Already changed Q8150 just in case but no difference."
To discard any issue from its inputs, just remove it.

Remove R8164 one by one, and see when ALL_SYS_PWRGD goes high.
Keep in place R8167.
