820-00165 - short on line PVRTC_G3H

Clean logic board! A small line, I tested the u1900 and few capacitors, I still have a short.

Only PCH remained. Any tips? Warm up with flow?

Very likely no solution; internal PCH failure.
Have sense to heat with quality flux if low resistance, not pure short.
