Hey, first at all customer came to battery replacement, and now after changing it he comes back and battery seems dead, changed again new battery. worked 1 week and again dead, same problem is now 4 time in row, worked 1 week and battery dead. Where to find fault ? the batteries were different places ordered.

What is exact PPBUS_G3H voltage (no battery)?
Check diode mode to ground and voltage on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
Be sure battery connector has no broken pins (onboard).
