Don't know where to start here. Board was very lightly water damaged. Has a bit of corrosion on u5800 and keyboard connector. cleaned both off. Board has green/orarange light and fan spins but no chime and does not boot.

PPVCC_S0_CPU at first had 1.8...then 10 seconds later is now short.

now has 1.8v again.

CPU getting warm or staying cold? Probably corrosion somewhere. The usual suspects are U1900 and traces to its crystal, crap under SMC, possible U6100 area.

the only corrosion i saw was around u5800. I took that off and cleaned it and put it back. should i replace it?

Inspect closer for corrosion. Also look at CPU Vcore, does it come on then off and then on again?
