820-00165a- no boot 0.37 ma draw (doing nothing)

Liquid damaged board.

I don't fix boards often so some general advice would be good too.

u7100 is a little hot at about 23 degrees (thermal cam)
There was liquid damage around u7200 and U1930, and u1845


PPBUS G3H present and correct
PP3V42 G3H present and correct
PP3V3 S5 present and correct
PP3V3 S4 300ma

Was that voltage (with power applied), or just diode mode (no power)?
For the future, NEVER write the end "V" for diode mode readings.

PP3V3 S4 300mv with power applied
PP3V3 S4 diode mode (red on ground, black on chip) .330

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L (at same time).
