hello everyone im just new here and also new repairing macbook, can somebody help me
820-00239 fan spinning so fast after i replace u7210 because it is burn from water damage

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Do you mean board boots, but fun spins to max?
Because your case sounds like dead CPU, overvoltage passed through U7210.

anyways yes it boots after the replacement of u7210, but no diplay no chimes looks like dead cpu. if this kind of problem is it unrepairable???

Your board turns on, but doesn't boot; as there is no activity at all.
CPU is fried, doesn't waste time with it.
Unless you have tools and skills to change it.
