Another touchbar that makes life interesting

The board takes about 19.9V and 0.66A and CPU is getting hot , no activity on usb or external screen and no image on internal screen
Some measurements:

PP3V0_G3H = 3V
PPVCC_S0_CPU = 1.098V
PP0V6_S0_DDRVTT = 0.6V
PP1V8_S0 = 1.8V
PP1V2_S0SW = 1.2V
PP1V0_S0SW = 1V
PP5V_S0_T139 = 5.12V
PP5V_S0 = 5.12V
PP3V3_S0 = 3.33V
SMC_PM_G2_EN = 3.4V
PM_PCH_PWROK = 3.31V
PP3V3_PMICLDO = 3.29V
PPBUS_PMIC = 13.03V
CPU_VCCST_PWRGD = 0.999V
S5_PWRGD = 3.25V
SMC_DELAYED_PWRGD 3.4V
ALL_SYS_PWRGD 3.33V

Absolutely no liquid damage or any other visible damage .... any ideas ?

Check for USB activity and external video with the board alone on the desk.
Connect only charger and HDMI adapter to the board.

There should be some history fail...

Did that , no activity on the usb or external video ... The only thing the client told me is that they managed to crack the screen and then bought a complete assembly and changed it .... after that they couldnt get any life from the computer after replacing the screen
...

Check for knocked off components, especially close to the screw holes...

No such luck .... 2 hours on the scope and not one component knocked off or even look out of order.....

PLT_RST_L goes high?
I don't see any reason for BIOS corruption, but try it just in case.

PLT_RST_L stable at 3.35V

Hi Brad , sorry but I honestly dont remember .
It was done one year ago so ....
If i remember correctly it was a corrupt bios but i am definately not shure , long time ago ...

Could you help me with a working bios for 0820-00239 board? Incase if you have it's backup?
