hello,
please need help for this
i have water liquid on mainboard. i have only 5V
Replace U3200 and U3100 and now i have 20V on each type c
fan turn and stop after 5 sec, no image and 0.190A on lab power supply
with thermal camera, i see 47° C on U3900 (in the angle) and not no start
thanks for help

No other coils get voltage?
Like RAM, PCH...
Check them all even in the first 5s (when fan spins).

Q3100 gets hot if connect charger to the other port?
