820-00840 - Only one USB C Port working,

have a 820-00840 , one of the USB C port does not work and it says that it is drawing too much power board turns on and works perfectly other wise, would it be one of the USB C Controllers U3100, or U3200?

Do you receive over loading message from macOS when connect a device on that port?
Does that port work as charger at least?

Why don't you use correct schematic???
