820-01041 - 5V 0.1/0.4A - PP3V3_UPC_TA/B_LDO short

Hi, I am dealing with this 820-01041, which gets 5V 0.1A on one set of USB-C chips UB300/400 (these had liquid residue all around them) and 5V 0.44A U3100/3200 on the other set.

UB300 - PP3V3_UPC_TA_LDO - short - 0.0125Vdc
UB400 - PP3V3_UPC_TB_LDO - short - 0.0130Vdc

Shall I measure something else before I tackle these chips?
No noticeable short on bigger coils.

U3100 - PP3V3_UPC_XA_LDO - 0.5165dc
U3200 - PP3V3_UPC_XA_LDO - 0.5182dc

Please, stop to post "Vdc" when you post diode mode readings.

Very likely bad chips.
However, check first removing the corresponding filter caps.
