820-01041 boot ok, no 20v

i repaired the motherboard where i found a shorted capacitor on PPBUS.After replacement the machine turns on but when i connect the power supply, it does not switch to 20v and does not charge.
Voltages are ok, firmware is ok

First of all, welcome to the forum!

What is the exact PPBUS_G3H voltage with charger alone (without battery)?
All USB-C ports have the same behavior?
Just in case, see if DFU helps.

Did you try another charger?
New battery data cable?
Did PRAM reset?

I have checked the following voltages with no battery connected.
All ports USB-C have same behavior.
Voltage:

PP3V3_G3H_RTC_X -> 3,38V
PP3V3_UPC_XA_LDO -> 3,35V
PPBUS_G3H->12,31V

With oscilloscope i have checked activity on the line USBC_XA_CC1,USBC_XA_CC2.
Macbook start and work normaly.
I did PRAM reset.
I replaced charger.
....but not charge battery

Now try to change charger...

PPBUS_G3H has incorrect voltage, like SMC (T2) doesn't control it.
Try DFU revive first...
