820-01521 - MacBook Air Not Switching To 20v

Hello,

I have a MacBook Air here stuck at 5v at the charger 0.04 amps.

I am not getting PPDCIN_G3H at the source of Q3100. UPC_XA_GATE2 shows 5v, but UPC_XA_GATE1 is 0v.
PP3V3_G3H_RTC = 0 v

Is it just bad CD3215's or could it be something else thats causing PPDCIN to be gated?

Fixed by replacing CD3215s and replacing shorted U6940.
