820-01521 no keyboard

Hi, got a 820-01521 with no keyboard (trackpad works allright)

Keyboard connector looks good.

Each time i turn on the laptop after disconnecting the battery there's a kernel panic, but then it boots regularly.

Diagnostics throw nothing.

Tried different trackpad and different flex. No avail.

I dont have a keyboard to test for this model, but i have never seen a keyboard gone bad where 100% of the keys doesnt work

Keyboard connects with trackpad, not directly to MLB.
If trackpad and its flex are 100% discarded, what else???
