Hi. I need help, please.
The customer stated that it suddenly stop to0 turn on.

PPBUS_G3H = 12.63V
PP3v3_G3H = 3.4V
PP1V8_SLPS2R = 1.8V
PP1V8_AWAKE = 1.8V
PP1V1_SLPS2R = 1.1V
PP0V8_SLPS2R = 0.79V
PP3V3_AWAKE = 3.4V
PP1V2_AWAKE = 1.19V
PMU_PVDDMAIN_EN = 0V
P3V3MAIN_PGOOD = 0V
PP3V3_G3H_RTC = 3.28V
PCH_RTC_RESET_L = 3.0V
P5VG3S_EN = 0 V
PP5V_G3S = 0

PP3V3_S5 = 0v

PP2V7_NAND = 0V
PP1V8_SSD = 0V
PP0V9_SSD = 0V
SSD0_RESET_L = 0V

After all measurements, I found out that the battery was flat and maybe dead.
The battery was replaced and now it turns on, but it is still stuck in 5v (not charging) and after a few secs my amp meter goes off (charger enters in protection mode).
So, now it turns on only if a charged battery is connected, but the battery is not charging and the voltage is stuck on 5v, but mac is still on.
Please any advice
Thanks

Yes, stays on and working.
But doesn't charge the battery.
The amp meter shows 5v, 0.2667A just when there is no battery.
After connecting, the battery mac turns on and works fine, but the amp meter stays off.

PP1V8_UPC_XA_LDOD - 1.8V
PP1V1_UPC_XA_LDO_BMC - 0V
PP3V3_UPC_XA_LDO - 3.23V
PP1V8_UPC_XA_LDOA - 1.8V

The other mac does not recognize the faulty mac when in DFU mode.

Isn't there more than one CD3215 chip?

"PP1V1_UPC_XA_LDO_BMC - 0V"
1V1 LDO should appear on the powered port only.
