I doubt all the coils from MLB give the same readings to ground!
A coil with similar reading like PPBUS_G3H, can denote shorted high-side MOSFET.

Do you mean coils directly connected to PPBUS_G3H, why?
Did you expect to get different readings in different points of the same power rail???
With black at ground, you should get OL in diode mode at PPBUS_G3H.
Again, compare with diode mode to ground (both directions) on all big coils from secondary power supplies.
Just for example, L8102, L7700/01, L7600/60, and many more...

yes now its o.k...but there is a new problem
If already got correct PPBUS_G3H, no reason to check diode mode to L7330.

not turn on just with charger....there is 20v on all ports.
No idea what kind of translator are you using, but doesn't help at all...

i don't use translate 
usually if you connect just the charger the board it turn on, but in my case the board turn on just if the charger and the battery connect!
