3= 0.0 V
8= 376 mv
17= (schematic says not connecte) and its 286 mv
6= 160 mv

2= 12. 34 V
4= 0.478 V

Replaced U7201 and R7273. Now U7201 is getting super hot, but still no PP5V_S3. Trying to measure pin 16 made a spark and now theres a hole in the chip
