820 2879 b no battery detected

hello there
not turning on with battery only
no orange light
turns on with magsafe only with battery plugged or not
does not auto turn on when magsafe plugged without battery? (not sure if normal on this board)


with battery only:

PPBUS = 11.24v
3v42 = 3.4v
smbus_smc_bsa = drops to .074v
smbus_smc_scl =3.4v stable

please advice where to check next

Check diode mode to ground on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus; w/ and w/o BIL (J6955) connected.

MCP platform board doesn't turn on until pressing the power button.
